Return Policy

We accept the return of full price items purchased online for an exchange or refund.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

• Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch
• The items unworn, unwashed in otherwise unused condition with all original label and tags attached.
• The returned items must not be jewellery, sale or clearance items.
• The returned items must be lodged via an email to nomadicgypsyco@gmail.com clearly indicating invoice number, reason for return exchange or refund. We will then forward an email back on how best to return the online purchase item.

RETURN PROCESS

We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email from us once completed

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be processed once your return shipment has been deemed delivered by the postal carrier. Cost or return and postal are for you, risk of lost return is at risk of sender.

• A standard shipping fee is $12.90 will be charged for your new exchanged items to be dispatched
• Exchanges will be shipped with standard postage.

REFUNDS

Refunds typically take up to 2 business days to finalise depending on your bank.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Sale and stock items are not eligible for a return or exchange
• Due to hygiene reasons jewellery cannot be returned
• Delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable
• Returns/Exchanges must be within 30 days of dispatch of item.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please forward an email and photo to nomadicgypsyco@gmail.com

 

DELIVERY

Orders are processed next business day and dispatch typically within 1-5 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number.
